Maria marta Bernard: No fueron transparentes con respecto a las condiciones de viaje y a mi madre, la empresa NUNCA le dijo que como era mayor de 70 años debía viajar con acompañante. Mi madre (85años) contrató Assiscard (para estar mas cubierta y estando en Mendoza les pidió a las organizadoras si le podían dar una mano para contactar el servicio de salud, pues estaba descompuesta... le dijeron que tenia que ocuparse ella sola... Un verdadero DESTRATO. Quisieron responsabilizar a una amiga que estaba acompañando a su madre, que estaba en el mismo grupo. Muy poco profesionales y cero empatía. El contrato lo mandaron cuando el viaje ya estaba pago.Seguramente para muchas sera una aventura.A nosotras no nos interesa mas viajar con ellas.
analia arrayago: Hola, dejo mi reseña porque viajar con Locas es lo mejor que te puede pasar. Todo está pensado, para que vos te subas al avión y hasta tu regreso no tengas de qué preocuparte. Todo está especialmente pensado para que puedas disfrutar y relajarte, desconectar y conocer nuevos lugares, disfrutar de la naturaleza, los mejores paisajes. Te alojarás en los mejores hoteles, con cómodas habitaciones desayunos abundantes y comida autóctona de cada lugar. Con guías especializados que te pondrán al tanto de las cosas que acontece en cada lugar. Este es mi segundo viajes con mis amigas (6) en 2021 hicimos Salta Jujuy y el 2022 Mendoza. 2023 será Ushuaia. Es fabuloso para hacerlo con amigas o sola ya que el grupo de locas es lo más divertido e integrador no te lo pierdas!!! Gracias Tami sos realmente una excelente persona. La empresa es muy seria le doy 5🌟

Rebecca Foster: Daiana helped us plan our trip and was so helpful and responsive and gave specific feedback on the best way to accomplish seeing what we wanted to see. We especially appreciated it when she warned us of potential complications! She didn't just let us plan something that would not work out well. She was a true consultant and I would absolutely use her again for planning.On the trip, we only needed to contact the 24/7 help once (a dashboard warning on our car that turned out to be nothing) and they were super responsive and helpful. They also reached out to us both by WhatsApp and email when a planned excursion had to be canceled due to weather and made every attempt to help us find another opportunity to go on the excursion. Please note cell service/data service is not available in large swaths of Patagonia so it is not always possible to reach them on whatsapp, but this is not their fault.We chose the Superior rooms and a car rental and had zero issues. Every location had our information and was ready for us. We loved the hotels in the Superior room package, and breakfast was always plentiful and delicious. Totally worth the upgrade to Superior.We had a fantastic experience with this company and our trip was magical and amazing. We recommend to anyone pursuing travel in Patagonia.
Kemi Kim: I chose to rely on Say Hueque (expert and experienced travel agency) service for my south America trip instead doing it my own to save time and headaches to pay attention to the details of itineraries that I ordinarily do by myself via Expedia or Vitor. After sales were made with Cynthia (she was great!), I had to communicate with a different agent (customer service) and miscommunication started happen. As a result, I missed biggest excursion today that costed me $600 that is not refundable.I have been told "don't worry": no pickup was made at the bus terminal so I took a taxi to get to hotel. And being told to take a taxi from Punta Arena to the airport, instead of get off at the airport stop... clearly she must be a new agent and/or in training.I also have learned that Say Hueque outsourced the Patagonia activities to Local travel agency (partner) called Patagonia Planet, which makes sense since Santiago and Chile is a different countries. Patagonia Planet's phone number was given to me to contact but they were not open until 9am. The boat embarked at 8:30am. After missing the excursion, I went to the Patagonia planet office to ask why transportation was not given to me as I saw other people were picked up from the hotel lobby. They told me to go talk to Tourism May 21, which is Patagonia's 3rd party outsourced vender for the boat tour.Apparently I missed out an email updating about the change. I was traveling during that time on flights, my limited access to email did not get my attention. Finally I got an email from Cynthia today detailed instructions what I need to do tomorrow. It would be nice if they email you day by day of instructions and what to expect, like I just received.My expectations of "being taken cared by agency' was VERY wrong. Their "Day by Day and Final Document" didn't describe much and very confusing.My experience with other sources, like Expedia or Vitor and their detailed descriptions have been far more informative.Lesson learned: never use an agency thinking they will take care of you. Do your research. You still need to be on top of every single details.
Jackie Quirk: Say Hueque is a great company. Lucia and Antonella answered all our questions and helped us design a fabulous 2 week trip to Patagonia and Buenos Aires. They arranged our transfers, flights within Argentina, hotels and fabulous guides and gave us a 24/7 emergency contact if anything went awry during our trip. Lucia and Antonella were very friendly, competent, and professional. It is the first time I used this type of service for traveling and will do it again.

Ann Liu: I was recently in Argentina for my honeymoon in December.We went on quite a few tours organized by Say Hueque and were unhappy with the quality of the tours. Though these tours are advertised to be both in English and Spanish, a lot of the tours were barely done in English. Our tour guide in Iguazu didn't really talk to us but just pointed us in directions to walk. We could have done the trip without his attendance at all. The tour guide for the full day Mayo Spirit trek made no sense when he spoke English. The penguin rookery was nice but the tour through Estancia Haberton was truly a waste of time where they just walked us around the grounds, waiting for the other group to come back. Additionally, for our transport in Ushuaia from the airport to our hotel, it took over an hour before we left the airport. I understand it was a shared service but the person guiding us gave us no indication on how many people we were waiting for or how long it would take before we left. She was also just very rude when answering questions.I am very disappointed in the services we received. We paid a lot of money for this trip to be arranged by SayHueque but felt that the services received did not match the amount being paid. Part of paying this large amount of money to arrange this is that we are relying on the company to work with quality providers. We understand that services are shared but often we felt that we were just an afterthought.What upsets me the most is that I sent the above message to the company and no one has responded to what I've mentioned. Before this trip, I booked a 12 day trip through Peru with Peru for Less and I can tell you the quality of service is infinitely better. I believe it falls under Latin America for less so I would consider that instead.
Stephanie: Lucia and Luna were incredible in helping me book flights and tours to our liking. They’re super helpful, kind and patient while my partner and I planned a last minute trip to Patagonia. They have so many good recommendations and help you find the exact excursions that are customized to your liking. They’re very responsive as well which is a huge plus (we had tried a few other agencies and they didn’t respond or follow up).

Ron Fishman: Used them to book a flight. Was generally way too slow, with people not knowing what the processes were (e.g. even to print a receipt). I wouldn't trust them for anything more.
Matthew Lee: Didn't have a good experience with Say Hueque. Wanted to tailor custom tours and Luna was helping me, and she became unresponsive and didn't answer to questions asked and keep asking if can confirm the tour.Have sent mails for follow-up and they just cut of the communications and stopped replying.Bad and irresponsible to keep the customer hanging in the midst of planning itinerary.Wouldn't recommend this.
Daniel: Die Betreuung und Ausarbeitung durch Lucia und Antonella war sehr gut. Auch die Webseite und die zugesandten Angebote waren top ausgearbeitet.Wir waren im Ibera Nationalpark und danach in Iguazu.Die Lodge Rincon in Ibera war super toll. Die Ausflüge waren gut und professionell organisiert. Eigentlich könnte man aber auch mehr Zeit auf der Ranch verbringen - dort treiben sich die meisten Tiere rum. Die konnten wir auch direkt von unserem Haus aus sehen. Das war traumhaft.Vielleicht sollte man überlegen ob man statt den Transfers nicht doch einen kleinen Flieger chartert. Es war ein 2. Pärchen genau auf der gleichen Route mit uns unterwegs ... da kann sich so etwas schon lohnen. Wurde uns aber leider nicht angeboten. Die Strecken sind sonst immens weit ... vor allem von Ibera nach Iguazu. Schade auch, dass die Fahrer in der Regel die Tankstellen für Mittagsmahlzeiten anpreisen ... da hätte ich mir eher authentischere Plätze gewünscht. War aber auch wegen der extrem langen Strecke wohl gar nicht anders machbar um nicht noch später in Iguazu anzukommen.Das Hotel in Iguazu (La Aldea de la Selva) ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sicher ganz OK. Aber eigentlich leider doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich hatte jetzt nicht die Gelegenheit die umliegenden Hotels zu sehen ... von der Lage her war es ja topp - vielleicht aber trotzdem mal nach einer Alternative umsehen.Wenn es das Budget hergibt sollte man unbedingt eine Nacht auf der brasilianischen Seite im Belmond verbringen. Wir hatten zumindest einen Cocktail dort getrunken. Einer der Highlights während des Trips.Adrian als unser Guide war der Hammer in Iguazu. Wir durften beide Seiten erleben. Itaipu hatte an dem Tag wo wir hin sollten nicht geöffnet ... konnten wir zum Glück noch anders arrangieren und da war der Fahrer auch unser Guide. Er war auch sehr engagiert und mit Herz dabei.Also alles in allem schon ein Reiseveranstalter der gute Qualität bietet ... aber in Details noch verbesserungsfähig.

Having a 24h whatsapp for checking details on route was very reassuring. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful. I cannot praise them highly enough.
Judith Bec: The local tour guides were great, super knowledgeable. Just make sure that you double check all the paperwork that they send you as they booked us on the wrong flight when we travelled from Buenos Aires to Iguazu and it made for a 12 hour delay at the airport. Would recommend but double check everything.
Nina Schaeffer: Our family trip to Buenas Aires and Rio DeJaniero was wonderful. We enjoyed all the planned private tours and activities and managed to add in a helicopter ride over Iguazu and an extra paragliding experience. My only disappointment was in the 1st hotel we stayed in Buenos Aires, Palo Santo. It was represented as an excellent 4 star hotel in a good location and we didn't find it so. It was tired and out if the way in the type if area we are not used to staying. At best it was an average 3 star hotel and our BA tour guide confirmed that. We had difficulty twice getting taxis back to the hotel in the evenings and was told it was out of the way. If I had to do it again, I would stay in the Recoleta area instead of Palermo.
Amy Weisheit: Say Hueque is an awesome company. Cynthia, my expert was so helpful and answered all of my questions and provided excellent service. I loved being able to have peace of mind that all of the details were taken care of. It truly made the difference in being able to just enjoy the experience and not have to worry about the little things. I recommend this company for anyone who is thinking of travel to Argentina. I feel that every excursion was perfect and gave me a true feel of Buenos Aires.
C T: Engaged Say Hueque as they were supposedly an expert with planning travel itineraries in Argentina. Unfortunately, my recent experience was below sub-par.1) the sales agent who attended to me went on leave without giving me a heads-up, leaving me with a slight panic attack as no details on my travel itinerary was shared despite travel date running close2) Say Hueque merely acts as a front shop and do not actually operate any tours. Instead requests are outsourced to different local tour operators depending on region. In my case, issues started going wrong with an airport pickup in Iguazu (driver was late). In Salta, the local tour operator forgot about my itinerary and i was left scrambling to reach out for help (despite not speaking a word of Spanish) on alternatives available. Eventually when a replacement guide/driver was assigned, i still wasn't able to cover all the places planned on the original itinerary in the end as the vehicle assigned had no permission to enter one of the locations on my itinerary. Such issues could have been pre-empted had there been proper due care and follow-up provided by Say Hueque.3) do ASK upfront on the type of service (i.e. shared, private, semi-private) you are being quoted for. In my case, i did not know there was an option of changing service type and nearly ended up paying a premium for private airport transfers...a hefty markup. Even if you pay a premium for private services there is no guarantee things will go as planned. A painful lesson that i experienced first hand unfortunately when my airport pickup arrived late.Would recommend arranging airport pick-ups on your own.4) just when i thought the worse was over, i experienced yet another unpleasant surprise towards the tail end of my itinerary when i was over-charged for paying an entrance fee into the Ushuaia national park when local authorities had fees scrapped a month ago. A supposedly lunch-included tour turned out to be a no-lunch option.The level of integrity and professionalism of Say Hueque remains questionable as the issues i encountered could have been avoided if their sales agent bothered following up with proper communication on all outsourced tour requests. Approach Say Hueque at your own risk, for the amount of money they charge there are better alternatives out there.
Kelly Senters: Cynthia was an absolute pleasure to work with. She developed an extremely comprehensive itinerary for our group that reflected our unique needs and interests that changed many times throughout the planning process. She was flexible and accommodating. Cynthia had extremely knowledgeable and reliable contacts on the ground in Brazil that enhanced our trip and overall experience. She was extremely attentive to detail and communicative. I would absolutely work with her again on any future travel in the region.
Deep Contractor: If you want the best of the best, look no further than Say Hueque...!!!Their services are a class apart. Whether it is hotels, local tours, flights or even a Covid test, they will take care of everything in the most professional and efficient way. The thing I like the most is how well they treat their clients. Magdalena was extremely patient and very kind to me while organising my trip. Her entire team worked very hard to make my visit truly memorable. I am sure I will travel to Argentina again and definitely only with Say Hueque! :)
Jamie R: I highly recommend Say HueQue to book travel to Argentina - they are locally based and very knowledgeable about where to go and what to do. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, reliable, and conscientious - they listened carefully to our preferences and tailored a personalized trip that was just fabulous (we went to Buenos Aires and Patagonia over 18 days). They took care of all the domestic flights and other transportation, hotels, excursions, and activities - and cost way less than a group tour. If and when we go back we'll definitely use them again.
Negar Nikbakht: We had a superb exprience with Say Hueque. We organized our travel in Ushuaia and Iguazu with them. Everything from the airport pick up, hotels and tours was well managed. In Ushuaia we had lovely tour guides and amazing days. Completely stress free. In Iguazu the same. The hotel El Pueblito we stayed at was a Beautiful place with good breakfast. Anytime I needed assistance before the travel and even during the travel, the people in Say Hueque were super supportive and helped. I would love to go back to Argentina and would love to organize my trip with this agency again.

jorge hamud: En general el viaje acorde con lo esperado. Para criticar: el Omnibus sin Wi Fi; los restaurantes afuera no cumplián con la calidad de la comida de los hoteles, no se coordinaba los horarios de las excursiones correctamente para detenerse a almorzar.

Rob Pearce: Our overall experience was excellent. We were collected from our hotel on time, our tour guide was excellent throughout the journey. The boat journey is not to be missed. Buenos Aires from the water is an experience but the delta is enchanting.After seeing some additional sites and enjoying lunch we boarded our bus and driven back and dropped off to our hotel.

Philip Evans: Did 3 day trip to Iguazu from Buenos Aires with Signature Tours. All so well planned - an amazing experience. They kept in touch via WhatsApp and answered any questions promptly. The guides for both the Brazilian side and the Argentine side were both great. So glad they included the boat ride on the Argentine side - the highlight of the trip. I work in travel ( but have no relationship with them) and cannot recommend them more highly.

Carol Kearns: The Tigre Delta tour was in the pouring rain. We could not see much of the shoreline until we were in the delta. We got soaking wet more than once. If possible, I would have liked to have had an offer to take the trip the next day. It would have been much more enjoyable. The places we stopped were fine, but we were wet.

erin sabath: Excellent Jewish heritage tour! Very moving visits to the AMIA and the site of the destroyed Israeli embassy. Also, we saw the murals at the hospital where the injured were taken. Walked around a predominantly Jewish neighborhood which really gave flavor to the tour. Saw the Templo Libertad and museum. Our guide, Ariel, was excellent as was our driver. The van was comfortable and roomy. Highly recommend!

Andrea Trepanier: This tour was not as advertised. The hotel was barely 3 star with no in-room wifi, terrible restaurant food and service and it was way out of town so we had to cab into town for food and activities. The flights were not booked from the advertised airport so we had to pay extra for transportation to and from and no compensation was offered. The itinerary was also changed and we had to pay extra for late checkout at the hotel. The guide barely spoke English and would isolate the 4 English speaking people away from the group, give a huge presentation in Spanish to the rest of the group then talk to us briefly. If I had booked this trip myself, the cost would have been $1300 to $1500 USD depending on flight costs. We paid over $3000!!! NOT COOL!

Karen Williams: The rude to the ranch was a but long but we did have a service stop and a museum stop. The horseback riding was my favorite part and I wish that part would have been longer. There were more people in our group than I expected for a small group. The meal was good with salad, wine, and several tastings of beef, pork, and chicken. The show was very amateur but after some wine and meeting new friends our group made it fun. The horse training demo was impressive.
Carol Rudolph: Our guide, Alejandra, was terrific! She provided an informative and interesting tour, that was well paced and thoughtful. For example, there were frequent opportunities to sit and visit a bathroom during the tour, and she made sure that stops were conducted in the shade as the day was quite warm and sunny. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to earn about Colonia and Uruguay, plus have tie for a leisurely lunch and to walk around town.

Kuren Charles: Our tour guide Luke was amazing. He really knew a lot about the art as well as the artists. The tour was 2 hours, 1.7 miles (2.7km) but only 30 minutes of moving time. The art was moving and beautiful. I highly recommend this tour, even though it's a little ways out of town, it was totally worth the trip.

La tercera ya directamente no la respondieron. Imagínate si contratas.....y si te sale bien la contratación, viajas y tenes algún pormenor en destino.... olvídate.

Finalmente la asesora pos venta Albadis, fue muy gentil y servicial y supo resolver todas las inquietudes planteadas, los volvería a contratar sin dudas, tiene muy buen precio.

Gerald Watts: We got our what we paid for.It was an inexpensive bus tour of an interesting city. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We drove by a lot of buildings and we were told a lot of history, much of which I immediately forgot. Sight lines were often limited. The stops gave us better views.In hindsight, we would have been better off paying substantially more for a private tour which could have been adjusted to our interests.
Amanda Craig: Guides were excellent. Ranch was gorgeous. Horseback ride was relaxing - anyone can join even if no experience. Food was fantastic as were the performers.

Don’t want to spoil anything BUT our guide Daniela and our driver Carlo were so incredible, absolutely lovely and full of fun and information. We ate so much, learned so much, were in awe at times, and made friends along the way. If you’re in Buenos Aires, don’t pass this one up. Promise you won’t regret it.
Shirley Dodds: My tour guide Friday 13 the Jan 2023 was a friendly girl called Sebrina. I was pleased that the tour wasn't cancelled as there were only 4 of us.We visited a Gaucho museum and a church, then went to the Gauncho ranch.She told us interesting facts about the city and culture etc.At the ranch we were given a variety of food and as much alcoholic drinks as we wanted. In fact we were sat down and given food on 3 separate occasions, and we were all full by then!We were taken around the ranch and told about it and were introduced to a herd of goats, lots of dogs, had the option of riding a horse or having a carriage ride, saw a guy who had an amazing way with his horse, watched dancers, and 2 gauchos playing music.I was picked up at 8.45am and got back about 6pm, it was a great day out, and a bit different.Recommend it
Jeffrey Higgs: This is a very nice, well organized outing. We participated in a Argentinian line dance and the lady that handled it was quite professional. They also had a remarkable horse trainer put on a show that was memorable. Good food and Worth the drive.
john cline: This tour is a must do when in Buenos Aires! Our guide, Miriam, was quite knowledgeable on the topology of the Pampas and Gaucho way of life. Our hosts, at the ranch, were most gracious and encouraged participating in the folk dances. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with snacks and drinks. During the activities we received lunch ( ribs, steak and sausage) along with salads and great drinks. We were treated to traditional music and participated in dancing; or our best interpretation of same! Finally, we were served the BEST deserts! I suggest you have a VERY light breakfast as you are going to EAT!!!!!! Do not pass this tour!

I'm English and the other couple on the tour were Australian and Carlos's fluency in English was fantastic! He gave us so many interesting facts that I had not heard from other guides. Carlos also gave us a tutorial in matè tea making, and lunch was amazing! I so much enjoyed the day and I fully recommend you take this tour.

The bikes were modern with excellent suspension which was a huge plus for sections with cobblestone streets, and the front zipper basket to place a few items was a great perk. We had an absolutely fantastic time, probably my favorite city tour I have ever been on and I've done over 15 walking/biking tours over the world.Most of the tour was also on bike lanes, some parts on streets with traffic but felt very safe overall - lots of bikes in BuenosJUST BOOK IT, you wont regret it!

David Liss: Julián was a FANTASTIC tour guide. He gave us a very personal tour of the city and was accommodating of things we wanted to spend more/less time on. He spoke excellent English. The bikes were in great condition. He took us to get one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I can't recommend it highly enough!
Rajen Kumar: This bike tour was fun and a good way to spend an afternoon but could be improved. We did the 4hr afternoon history & arts bike tour. The tour included stops like the plaza de mayo, puerto madero, and camininto.Positives:- Carlos was a very nice tour guide - informed and approachable- Bikes were in good condition and roads felt very safeImprovements:- The tour stops all felt disconnected from one another. We also didn’t see much “art” on the tour.- We felt the tour as-is could’ve been shortened by an hour. We spent way too long at camininto, and the Maté stop could’ve been combined with one of several other stops. It really felt like they were trying to fill 4 hours.- The tour company needs to stop promoting that foreign credit card companies accept the dollar blue rate. This is incorrect and as reported on several websites credit card processors like Visa are still converting at the official rate. Cash / Peso is still the best way to leverage dollar blue.Overall, we’re glad we did the tour as it allowed us to see Buenos Aires in a different way and meet a few new people on the tour. Hopefully Biker Street takes some of this feedback into consideration as they continue to grow.

Se logra recorrer la mayoría de puntos de interés de la ciudad y se logra ver Buenos Aires en todo su esplendor, con sus curiosidades y sus contrastes. Gilda fue; más que que una guía, una gran compañera de aventura y una enciclopedia en dos ruedas, que nos brindo todos los detalles importantes durante el tour. Una experiencia llena de risas y paisajes maravillosos, donde se logra ver en primer plano, todo lo que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer, sin ventanas de por medio, cambiando el aire acondicionado de un vehículo, por la brisa natural. Sin duda es una experiencia por la que pagas y al final del día terminas siendo más rico.
