They are gracious hosts who made us feel very comfortable in their home. They were also helpful with suggestion of places to convert money and where to eat in Buenos Aires.The wine: The four different wines were lovingly chosen and all completely different. Berty was also very generous with the amounts, which was greatly appreciated!The food: Aby is a brilliant chef, who lovingly cooks and plates the food in front of you. She also made an alternate versions of the dishes for me (a vegetarian) which were wonderful.

Ken Mathis: My wife and I had a private tasting alfresco. Bertie (sommelier) and Aby (chef) are a wonderfully talented cordial couple. Bertie selected boutique dry wines for us from the Mendoza area and Aby provided a selection of wonderfully presented delicious pairs to go with each wine. We learned much about the terroirs, altitudes and winemaking techniques of the producers of the wines that we tasted. At the end we had the opportunity to just sit with both together and chat about things other than wine. They both went ABOVE and BEYOND. Aby provided me with an email of her delicious recipes and Bertie followed up the next day with a gift for my wife that he dropped off at our hotel. If I had the opportunity to experience a tasting and pairing with Wine Discovery again, would I? YES, YES, YES!

Rob Patchett: I visited Wine Discovery with 2 friends, we tried wines from all over Argentina, not just Mendoza, which made a nice change. Each wine came with a small pairing (the empanadas were excellent!) we had a really fun time at the wine tasting and ended up going for a drink with the other people in the group after. Great time had by all!!!
