Silvina Friera: The center has a very warm room; It is a space for a maximum of 10 people. Rocío Carimati's Hatha class is very good. The vinayasa yoga classes with Josefina Salimei for intermediate-advanced classes and Diego Cano's classes are also highly recommended.

Deb Lacombe: I visited BA in February 2017 and attended yoga class at Hot Room Yoga 10 of the 12 days i was in Argentina. Tamara, the owner, is very interested in the student yogis and goes out of her way to make visitors feel welcome. Her studio is quiet, clean and spacious, classes are not over-crowded, and the heated room is at the proper temperature. I highly recommend Hot Room Yoga.
Claudia Perez: The classes are super, the facilities are very nice, a practice that pleasantly surprised me. What is really bad is the character of teacher Tamara, a really unpleasant humor, bad vibes, she answers badly, she is unbalanced, she is not suitable for a place where one is going to relax. Poor woman….
Miguel Angel Armas: Very nice place and a beautiful practice. This place is endearing. This type of yoga is practiced in a room at 40 degrees and humidity. Right from the start, you feel how this gives you extra flexibility for the exercises you do. Partly this "intense" environment makes you pay more attention and precision to the register of your body: concentration and register of your body and its tension. Highly recommended for those who have cervical tension problems or suffer the ravages of a very sedentary routine, and want to help themselves do something about it. A good opportunity to discover good things.

Hannah Rose: One of my favourite parts of my visit in Buenos Aires! I bought a month long membership and couldn't have been more happy with my choice. All of the teachers were so kind and supportive. I am an native English speaker (all of the classes are in Spanish) and the teachers were patient with me as I followed along. They definitely helped me personally to improve my practice! The studio space itself is gorgeous and I appreciated that there were mats that were available for me to use. Overall, the atmosphere of the same and the classes is one of relaxation and positive energy! Highly recommended!

Sofía Zgradich: Terrible attention and massages. Do not choose it. I paid for a 60 minute massage session and it was only 35 minutes! Before the complaint they responded "sometimes it is possible and sometimes not" UNUSUAL !, and they even wanted to blame me "for being late", which was not the case and that if it had been, they did not mention it when they arrived (or when calling by phone) to be able to choose whether to take the session or not. They did not indicate that there was rigidity with the schedule and without prejudice to having taken the approximate time for 2:30 p.m., being flexible on the phone, at that time I warned that I was 10 minutes late (due to traffic and the impossibility of parking near the place) and nor did they mention that they would shorten the session. Do not go. They did not even offer any kind of solution to the bad moment. One afternoon that I pretended that it was relaxation left me tense with the indignation provoked by the service, the treatment and the responses of the staff. For oblivion. I'm sorry to have known such a terrible place.

Natalia B: I went to do family constellations and unfortunately I did not like the experience at all. I have had many other experiences in other places and nothing to do with this one. The business seemed very evident to me, taking advantage of the fact that the topic became fashionable. In general, one pays a price to constellate and another to participate in other constellations or simply to be a listener. I asked for constellation and we were so many people that it was impossible. I have never seen such large groups of people desperate to constellate. I did not like the guide at all, that they did not notify you that you are not going to constellate and that it is such a large group (25 people) where we had all obviously paid to constellate. On top of that the guide says that "those who did not constellate today (only 5 constellate out of 25) is because it was not the time" seemed disrespectful to me. One pays to constellate when one wants, not when the center/guide decides. A shame really. It would be good if they limit the number of people at least, let them know in advance if one is going to be able to constellate and not make me waste time and money. Cheers

Ines Lavaselli: Very disappointed. They gave me the experience, I scheduled the shift and I didn't come because of a work issue. They didn't let me reschedule my shift because I didn't notify 24 hours before (obviously one can't know an unforeseen event 24 hours before) and I lost my gift. Very inflexible for a center that is supposed to promote well-being. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM and less for a gift.

Martin is a very skilled and incredibly experienced yoga teacher who I can highly recommend. I was received with open arms by the other students and by Martin. The teaching at Yoga Life San Telmo offers a wide range of different forms of yoga. The teaching is pleasant and challenging both physically and mentally. And the outdoor yoga in the nearest park is lovely. Thai yoga massage is a MUST. It helped on severe pain in my shoulder. I’m truly grateful.

Bryan Cooley: Truly amazing Pilates studio with world class instruction. There are 2 Pilates rooms and a separate room for yoga. I took 19 classes during the past month and each one was a new challenge with very creative and tboughtrful exercises which have taken my fitness to a whole new level. All of the teachers are phenomenal but I particularly enjoyed the ones with Fiorella, Vanessa, and Vicki since they helped me identify areas of weakness where I can improve. I don't speak Spanish but the studio was very welcoming to me and was such a great experience. Cannot wait to be back in Buenos Aires after the Argentine Winter to continue my Pilates here.

Caami Galarza: I asked for a trial class, paid for it and scheduled the shift but they didn't write me down on the attendance sheet. Upon entering they told me that they could not guarantee me a place even though I had paid. I was able to enter the class because just someone was absent. I said well, it sure was a mistake. I sent a message again to be written down on the form, and the story repeated itself. I explained the situation to the person who attends via WhatsApp and he gave me the thumbs up. I told him that I was going to deposit the month, that he would write me down in shifts. I advise you not to deposit anything! It seems that they do not care if new people arrive and on top of that they ask you to deposit first! Some scammers. And commenting a little about the classes. They seem express. The teachers do not observe the posture or how you are doing the exercises. It is very important in reformer pilates to do them well because it can lead to injuries. They don't ask you anything when you just start. The exercises are rotating and it seems that they do not lead to any physical plan for the one taking the class. Do not be fooled! It is not an exercise to be done lightly. Even in a gym they plan more.
