SkiBaires: what do users think?
Natalie Sostre
Natalie Sostre: Happy to have taken classes with you! Excellent either to venture into the Snow for the first time or to perfect the technique! Such kind people, good vibes, professional and with all the knowledge, they gave us the necessary tools to break it this season on the slopes of Bariloche! Highly recommended in every way! See you soon!!!
Juan Pablo Lesniak
Juan Pablo Lesniak: Excellent attention and service. My kids learned barbarian despite having only attended 2 classes and they had a lot of fun skiing in the snow. The attitude of the excellent teachers. All service very professional and recommended.
Adrian Genesir
Adrian Genesir: Excellent. I did 4 classes in Skibaires and I continued it with a class in the mountains. It helped me take advantage of my first day a lot because in 2 hours of class upstairs I was already climbing the mountain and skiing. They also treat you well!
Alejandro Omar Fernández Anta
Alejandro Omar Fernández Anta: Friends of SkiBaires, thank you very much for joining me in my first steps in the exciting world of skiing. What they taught me was very useful and what I learned allowed me to really enjoy the days I spent skiing at the Batea Mahuida ski center in Villa Pehuenia. I send you a hug.
Saludable Compania
Saludable Compania: Super recommended to take classes before going skiing for the first time or to train, so you get to the snow and are ready to enjoy! Anibal and all the teachers are great, very good predisposition, very clear explaining the technique and the best vibes! I took classes with my kids and everything we learned was incredibly helpful!
Carolina Sofia Gomez
Carolina Sofia Gomez: 100% recommendable !!! I took 4 classes and it served me well to get off the green track directly and until the last day I was able to go down the blue track to the base of Cerro Castor! It is an advantage for those of us who have never skied to go more prepared 😁😁😁 the boys of 10!!!
Pablo Ferrero
Pablo Ferrero: Excellent experience. In just 6 classes, I was able to enjoy skiing from day one. I totally recommend it. Thank you very much!
Karen Katia Klein
Karen Katia Klein: Thank you very much for giving me the necessary tools to be able to enjoy my first ski trip from day 1! With the technique I learned, I lost my fear of the mountain and managed to enjoy it a lot! Thank you very much!
Diego Guerri
Diego Guerri: Highly recommended. I went to improve my technique and it helped me a lot. I think that a person who has never skied, going 4 classes, wins a sky season. Thank you

Club Med: what do users think?
Lucas Florio
Lucas Florio: Very good everything. The rooms, which are on the ground floor, because sometimes there are birds or monkeys upstairs and they make noise on the ceiling that you can feel. The rest impeccable. Oh, hardly anyone speaks Spanish. If they go with children, that has an impact on the kids club, because it can be difficult for them to understand the slogans and not have such a good time. Very good the food, the place, the beach, everything.
Isabel Gattiker
Isabel Gattiker: That place is incredible!! The views are fantastic, the service is unbeatable, the quality of the guys who entertain is unique, the tennis teacher is a professional. The truth is that I recommend it to everyone, they are going to have a fantastic vacation like I did
Jonathan Kania
Jonathan Kania: The lousy telephone service they have, and the little desire to cordially attend to whoever makes a query is incredible. Club Med is a great resort, but the attention from the Buenos Aires offices makes you want to hire something. The precariousness of the tourism sector can be seen here.
Pablo Kruls - Trade Marketing - KRU
Pablo Kruls - Trade Marketing - KRU: incredible vacations in Cancun. I had already gone to one of the Club Med in Brazil and I still choose it! The energy and attention of the GOs and all the resort staff is unique.
Delfina Macri
Delfina Macri: The best vacations in Club Med!!!! Incredible attention, the place and the good vibes of all the staff. I would definitely choose it again!
ricardo berjman
ricardo berjman: The club med punta cana is excellent. The staff, the activities all 10 points. The attitude of the med office in Buenos Aires leaves much to be desired

Federico C
Federico C: ok
Sofia Silva
Sofia Silva: Reception very good service and predisposition. bad cleaning Close to everything because it is two blocks from the obelisk. But the place seems abandoned, maintenance is lacking. The photos are old.
Rodri Avellaneda
Rodri Avellaneda: Very bad experience, we hired a lodging for 4 people, the space is not prepared for that amount, the photos are not real regarding the service offered, the first night one of the beds did not have a set of sheets and they replaced it the next day , the air conditioning, fan and oven were broken, the mattresses had to be changed since they were very old and sagged
Iván M
Iván M: Excellent attention from the administration. The rooms are comfortable. There is a microwave, coffee maker and crockery to prepare light meals. Excellent location. In a central location with many mobility possibilities. Subway and bus lines to combine. It is close to places of interest such as the Obelisk, Diagonal Norte, Florida Pedestrian, tourist attention center, Casa Rosada, Cathedral, etc. There are also nearby options to stock up such as Coto and Carrefour. Rincón Club: what do users think?
Miguel Mendez
Miguel Mendez: I see good and very bad comments. My personal experience after more than 15 years as a member......I never had problems for the weeks, they always treated me well and complied in a timely manner. It is true that the infrastructure has been outdated and requires major renovations, but I assume that the expenses would go to exorbitant values. In my case the balance with RC is positive.
Response: Thank you very much Miguel for your comment and your loyalty! We are always waiting for you in Rincón!
Marcelo Huber
Marcelo Huber: total disaster the attention to the member ... We asked for a reservation on 01 26, 2021 for the first days of September and they were thinking about us all year and then suggesting that if we were interested they would potentially write us down on another date, a situation that we never accepted. As we did not have a response to our required week, we asked (a month before) that they not consider the week they proposed. Not only do they not answer any phone, but they offer the place to the public, since they do not give us the space that corresponds to the members. Terrible service,
Response: Good morning Marcelo, first of all we regret the experience. We ask you if you can send us an e-mail including a phone number where we can contact you (and a Partner number) since we cannot find a Partner with your name in our records. Please, write to us at info@rinconclub.com.ar putting in the Subject "I RECALL VIA GOOGLE" so that we can quickly identify the email. Thank you.
Julio Balbi
Julio Balbi: I became a member and everything was divine… Until you ask for accommodation, they never have m, I asked 5 months in advance in Cologne and when we arrived they did not have the reservation, the truth is disastrous, nobody answers you, nobody knows anything... they are shameless
Response: Dear Julio, we are sorry for the difficulty you may have had in communicating with us. At your request, your membership was terminated in July 2021. In any case, we will contact you by phone to assist you with whatever you need. Kind regards, RC.
Noelia Tranck
Noelia Tranck: TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KO ANSWERS. I AM A MEMBER AND I HAVE BEEN LOSING YEARS OF USE BECAUSE NOBODY ANSWERS!!!!!!!!! AFTER A YEAR THEY DECIRED TO ANSWER THE PHONE ONE DAY, BUT AS IT WAS TO BE EXPECTED THE GIRL DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING. HE TOLD ME TO CALL A CALLED LUIS BALMACEDA. I NEVER ANSWERED. SOME WITHOUT SHAME DO NOT BUY THE SERVICE, IT IS FOURTH
mario perelis
mario perelis: Excellent place, very well located, special to share with family or friends
Martin Rapetti
Martin Rapetti: I think it is the best option for the family in SMA, for the services, the attention, the warmth of all, the entertainment proposals and the location.
Daniel Sanmillan

Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires: what do users think?
chelsea werner
chelsea werner: My favorite part of this hotel was Santiago the bartender at the cigar bar. He was fantastic. Not only did he make the best cocktails but he also was very fun to talk to and had great recommendations. We visited him every night we were there!!Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More
Response: Dear Chelsea, Greetings from Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires! We were delighted to receive your positive comments regarding your recent visit, particularly those which commended the professionalism and dedication displayed by Santiago, this is truly rewarding and gratifying We look forward to seeing you again soon, Best regards, Mercedes Solanas Pacheco - Guest Experience Manager
Claudia Rogel
Claudia Rogel: Stayed there for 4 nights, definitely beautiful building but that is that! Service was NoT worth the money you spend for a night! And definitely not Par to other park hyatts around the world! Room service : the Angus cut is really good and the mashed potatoes are to die for! Points: -asked for decaf coffee, still got normal coffee! - my flight arrived so early in Buenos Aires that I arrived early! I get it, check in is at certain point. They told me they would contact me when the room was ready! Check in was at 3pm! I had to stood in front of them for them to give me finally a room at 345! Not acceptable! - good thing: the whatsapp chat to request things is really good but don’t order good through them or it will take way longer than the 45 mins they state! Definitely coming back to BA, for sure, not staying there again!
Robert G
Robert G: A very nice hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city. Safe to walk at any hour near here. Long drive (45-60 minutes) from the international airport. The property is split into two building, the original palace and then a new-ish building behind it, connected via tunnel or across the lawn. I stayed in the “new” building, rooms are less expensive it seems in that building. Each evening I spent time in the palace side in the cigar-friendly bar. What a unique and cool spot that was. This Park Hyatt was not quite at the level of the some PHs we stayed at, such as Istanbul, Milan and Paris. Just not as refined, and there were services lapses that keep this from being a true 5 star hotel. But nonetheless, staff was super friendly, and the bartenders in the evening cocktail lounge made great drinks (Santiago!). What was the biggest letdown, and it’s a big one? The breakfast buffet. This wasn’t even Hyatt Regency standards, barely a notch above a Holiday Inn. How this pitiful and unappealing breakfast meets what should be brand standards for a Park Hyatt is beyond me. So, they lose a star for that.
Sebastian Becker
Sebastian Becker: We spent several days at the Palacio Duhau and cannot recommend it enough. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s a beautiful historic palace with a wonderful garden. There are three people who have made our stay extra special. Alan Altuzarra has made each breakfast a feast with his attentiveness, care and friendliness. Camilo gave us outstanding service and went above and beyond for us by helping us plan our trip even beyond Buenos Aires. José Hernández for making the impossible possible. He shared fantastic recommendations beforehand and helped us reserve the best spots during our stay and always welcomed us with a smile. We rarely return to the same place but we will certainly come back here.
Paul Dhillon
Paul Dhillon: I stayed at the Park Hyatt - BA last week for a few days and enjoyed it so much that I am staying for the second time in less than a week after going to Iguazu Falls. Great property with lots of attention to small details as well as attention to Customer Service touch points. The staff, from front porch, bell desk, lobby check-in, Concierge, food services, housekeeping (ayes, I interacted with them all, lol) are congenial and understated in their professionalism and delivery. Located in a well established residential neighbourhood within walking distance to many of the landmarks this vibrant city is famous for. If you are looking for an experience a cut above the rest, this is a great place to stay.
Response: Dear Paul, Greetings again from Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires! Thank you for your kind review. We are very happy to know that you enjoyed your stay at the Hotel. We look foward to welcome you back soon! Warmest Regards, Mercedes Solanas Pacheco Guest Experience Manager
Robert Livingston
Robert Livingston: Spotless. Great location, comfortable rooms, good service. Excellent base to visit Buenos AiresRooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More
Gabo
Gabo: This is the best hotel in Argentina … and for me, the best in Latin America. The property is iconic, the food & bev spaces are beautiful, the location is ideal, and both towers offer great rooms. But what most sets the Duhau apart is its amazing staff. The bellmen, concierge, front desk, spa staff, room service, housekeeping … they are all — without exception — extremely attentive, professional, and warm. When I travel, I like trying new hotels for the fresh experience, but in Buenos Aires, I won’t be staying elsewhere.
Response: Dear Mr. Gabo, Greetings from Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires! We appreciate your valuable time in giving us an excellent review and we are glad to know that you enjoyed it. Thank you very much for your warm a kind message. We look forward to seeing you again soon, Best regards, Mercedes Solanas Pacheco - Guest Experience Manager
Yousef Meh.
Yousef Meh.: Beautiful hotel, with very nice rooms.I enjoyed that they had 2 different breakfast restaurants which gave you some change, and both were very good.
Response: Dear Mr. Meh, Greetings again from Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires! Thank you for your kind review. We are very happy to know that you enjoyed your stay at the Hotel. We look foward to welcome you back soon! Warmest Regards, Mercedes Solanas Pacheco Guest Experience Manager

Fabricio Soler
Fabricio Soler: At first it seemed to me that the packages were good in terms of prices and services until I realized that looking for them on my own, I got everything much cheaper using the same hotels and services they offer. On the other hand I did not like to be offered a package where I was freezing the price on a certain date and when I am going to specify, within the agreed dates, the value rose considerably, so I do not generate any confidence and lack of Word from the company.

Circus Hostel & Hotel: what do users think?
Carlos Ordonez
Carlos Ordonez: It is a great value for money option. Location is great and service is pretty good. I would improve mattresses and bathrooms, but they are not awful, just have room to improve. The bunk bed is very tall and has no rail so it is not safe for small children. The place is missing a great opportunity by not having an atmosphere, setting up group activities and having people come together as other hostels do.
Kieran Bedford
Kieran Bedford: The hostel is situated in a great location. The check in was really smooth. Breakfast included is a bonus! The rooms were very clean and well looked after. Thanks for the stay :)
Jess Gray
Jess Gray: Clean rooms, friendly staff, a fun lounge area that felt welcoming for everyone to enjoy. Good coffee for breakfast and a safe area at night. I wish I had stayed longer.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More
George Gassner
George Gassner: SCAM! My recommendation: run! As we did. The staff was very friendly to tell us that they only accept USD and an exchange rate at least 2x above the official rate if you wanted to pay in pesos argentinos. We’ve been traveling for 1 month in Argentina and this seems to be common practice in some hostels in Buenos Aires…the hostel down the street accepted ARS perfectly fine as did every other place we stayed at in Argentina.
Response: George, you are leaving the exact same review to many hostels/hotels in San Telmo. Maybe you're the one who doesn't understand how local economy works. Also, if you're leaving these awful reviews in order to explain to other travellers what happened and not just out of anger, you might at least be honest. You made a last minute reservation (you booked last night for today) that expressly said you were going to be charged on your card BEFORE your arrival at the hotel. We tried to charge your card for the exact amount that your reservation said, which means USD with no VAT as you are not a resident, but your card was declined due to insufficient funds. We could have canceled your reservation but we waited anyway for your arrival today, when we kindly explained you our policies for payment at the check-in. We were NOT going to charge you twice as much if paying in cash in peso, it was you who wanted to pay HALF at the informal rate by exchanging money outside the premises . I would suggest you read carefully what you're booking and start making reservations with funds on your card, so you wouldn't be affecting the hotel who put on hold other reservations while waiting for your arrival. You will be charged in the same exact way anywhere else in Buenos Aires, so please if you do not understand how the local economy works at least EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE TRAVELLING. Cheers
Luan Pereira
Luan Pereira: This place is a scam for tourist. If you pay online you will pay the official exchange$1 for about 150 ars pesos. and they know so if you try to go there and pay in cash because they know we can exchange money $1 for 300 ars pesos they will charge you double. As a traveler and wouldn’t recommend a place like this.
Response: Thank you for explaining it perfectly yourself: i's not the hotel willing to charge you double, it's YOU going to exchange money at the informal rate to pay half. To exchange money legally, you should have gone to a bank to exchange at the official rate, and you just admitted you didn't. So you're not only a very rude person for the way you treated our recepcionist (who simply tried to kindly explain you our policies), you are being ridiculous and inconsistent while wanting to teach us how local economy works to try and take advantage of it.
Jordan Wight
Jordan Wight: Good location. They don’t offer towels, even for an extra fee. Super weird.
Response: Hi Jordan, thank yuo for you review! In regards to what you're mentioning about towels, I must point out that these are provided in all the private rooms (and get replaced with cleaned ones every second day). On the other hand, towels are not provided in shared rooms, and this is clearly stated also in the booking confirmation. Please always read carefully the services you're choosing. Best regards !
David Plots
David Plots: We’ve stayed in a few hosted in Buenos Aires and this has been by far and away the best one. Great prices, amenities are plentiful, staff are accommodating and nice. Rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is great as well. 10/10 recommend if you’re staying in Buenos Aires. San Telmo is also beautiful!

Stefan van Duffelen: location is perfect. we arrived in the middle of the night due to late arrival from domestic flight, but the checkin went smooth. Sauna was really nice and breakfast is ok to start the day. Best is to get cash first and then pay your stay in cash.

Tara Collins: The entire stay was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety. (Eggs - scrambled & hard boiled, fruit, breads, pastries, yogurt) The restaurant also has some options to purchase for the afternoon and serve excellent coffee and empanadas. The area around the hotel was safe and within walking distance from the Recoletta Cemetery & the Art Museum (Bellas Artes). Lucas at the front desk and Micaela in the restaurant were especially helpful and very kind. This is the perfect place to stay, where they treat you like family.

Cheryl Brown
Cheryl Brown: The staff at this hotel were so helpful before and during our stay. English is spoken so you don’t have to worry about a language barrier. We enjoyed the happy hour each night with Victor. He was very nice, friendly and honored our special requests for making a gin and tonic. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of foods including gluten free when our friend requested it. Alejandra works at the front deck and is very helpful with our questions and requests. I also liked that there is a coffee shop just a few steps from the hotel. The walk to the cemetery took about 15 minutes. With all the great food available, walking was a good thing to do.
Heloisa Tiberio
Heloisa Tiberio: The hotel is very well located, near to bars, restaurants, and cafes. It got comfortable bedroom. It’s very clean and well maintained. The shower area is a bit tight, and the wc is basically hidden behind the door when it’s opened. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. The coffee is tasty!
Gabby Ng
Gabby Ng: Clean hotel room with great amenities (hot water boiler, microwave, sink, and mini fridge all in our room). Great breakfast that was included with an amazing selection of pastries, fruit, juice, coffee, bread, and some hot food. Overall location fantastic. Good fit for the price but not cheap.
David Haddrell
David Haddrell: Great large spacious rooms and nice balconies. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of pastries. Highlight though were the staff who were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Would recommend.

Soho Point San Telmo Suites: what do users think?
Ian Richards
Ian Richards: A convenient place to stay but whether it is really luxury depends on your definition of luxury. Our ground floor junior suite was of adequate size and was very comfortable, including a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was not great as the shower recess seemed to leak all over the floor. The wifi was good. The staff were generally friendly and helpful but some were not really able to speak or understand English.
William Smart
William Smart: Location was perfect right in the heart of San Telmo. Round the corner from the Market which is brilliant. Unfortunately our ground floor room had no natural light which was not ideal (and quite loud). Also breakfast on our first morning was very poor with no food available - this was around 9.30am with an hour remaining. Second morning not quite so bad but had enough by that point!
Erick Vilela
Erick Vilela: The hotel is charming and placed in a great area of Buenos Aires. However, it is not safe for children. All rooms are duplex with internal stairs and a balcony with separated vertical bars. There are stairs everywhere. The breakfast was not ok. The space was tiny and difficult to be comfy.

Nikola Icaro
Nikola Icaro: We went to the hotel on the occasion of a concert, we did not know the area and Juan and Martín were very attentive and at all times they were willing to help us and recommend places of interest, streets, etc. The place is very nice, clean, the elevator is modern, the breakfast is very varied and the location is excellent. I recommend the stay :)
Ralf Link
Ralf Link: Nice, clean and tastefully furnished rooms with detail weaknesses. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds although only double beds available. Location great. In the immediate vicinity many nice clubs, bars, restaurants. Nothing for visitors who are looking for peace, because the neighboring building is a club.
Taty Vidal
Taty Vidal: The people at the hotel are very friendly, the place is clean and comfortable. Good rooms according to the price. Excellent location. Breakfast is unhealthy products (ultra-processed) I would have liked them to give eggs, but they are not an option. I also had internet connection failures
