Stick Steves: All I can say is this, I went to purchase an item, finally found someone to help me… which took about 7 minutes. Proceeded to go through all the necessary steps and processes (name,ID, etc), then was told to go pay. After going through essentially the same process twice, I had officially purchased the item. At which point I was told to go wait in yet another line in which I would receive my precious item…. Little did I know, I was sold the wrong item and told I have to wait and go through the entire process again. Horrible customer service and horrible organization.

Nicolas Cavallo: It took very long to get a sales person to talk with us. And then it took too long to get our product from the deposit.

Sebastian V: So, this is a very lame version, and that's almost being nice, of the old Best buy stores in the US. Stores are full of old, refurbished rubbish you might find in a antique's store. Brands are displaying 3 years old technology, at today's prices! The personnel is so so unpleasant to deal with, it's almost as they ignore your presence. My recommendation, but online, skip these places.
