The wine tasting and explanation was great and then we walked the streets of Palermo to Plaza Serrano and saw some local art, and then went to an exclusive bar where we were served some great food and white wine. An amazing experience!

He hecho muchas veces tours en el barrio de La Boca, pero en este si me contaron cosas que nunca había oído y leído. Hice el tour con el guía Nicolás y realmente fue excelente, se notaba que era un experto en lo que decía por cómo llevaba el tour y que había mucha investigación de fondo. Súper recomendable!!

His knowledge of San Telmo neighborhood and Buenos Aires history is excellent. He is very personable, easy to talk with, he has been to the US, his English is as good as any citizen so there is no language barrier at all. Go on one of his excursions, you won’t regret it. He’ll take you places you might not discover on your own and at least in San Telmo treat you to the best empanadas in BA.

We tasted delicious Malbec, Torrontes and Bonarda varieties, which were paired with simple and tasty cheese and jelly. It was also really cool that we could get to know more about the history and cultural background of wine in Argentina, as we were also interested in the origins of wine and not only the technical aspects of wine tasting. 100% recommended!
Maria Fernanda Vera: In our case, my friends and I booked the Rural Buenos Aires Experience. What a beautiful vineyard in the middle of the Pampas! Being just 1 hour away from Buenos Aires, it was great that we were close to our hotel. We also enjoyed the fact that the experience included everything: a private guide, plenty of food and wine, and a tour around the vineyard to get to know the winemaking process. If you are looking for a getaway from the city, this may be your choice.

The guide explained to me aspects of the local culture that were specific and easy to miss for someone foreign. Dan McNamara: This company doesn't exist. At least not anymore. I went to the address and there is nothing there. Also tried calling but nothing.
Susie Orr: We loved the Tango we attended at El Viejo Almacen. The driver picked us up on time and gave us a safe ride to the theatre. And they were ready and waiting to take us back right after the show. We loved the historic nature of the building. The dancers were amazing, as well as the musicians, singers, and we especially enjoyed the music from the native people and their interesting wood flutes. I highly recommend the experience.

Except for the tango class, I asked the instructor to permit me to take a photo doing one of the steps with him, he declined and ignore my inquiry. That did not feel good, since he was permiting everyone else to have a picture. Not the end of the world, but we reserved VIP for the show and felt dissapointed by his manner and courtesy. Again, the show was delightful!!!

Adriana Galuppo: Há 14 anos fomos ao espetáculo Señor Tango em Buenos Aires. Desde então comento com os filhos sobre a grandeza do show. Os meninos conhecem a Disney e sempre fiz a comparação do profissionalismo desses dois promotores do entretenimento. Falava sobre os cavalos no palco e sobretudo do cavalo alado. Apesar de ter sido muito boa a experiência de levar os filhos, hoje os três são adultos, achei que show declinou, não teve o cavalo alado, não tiveram alguns quadros mais sensuais do tango, poucos bailarinos. Isso causou um pouco de frustração, fiquei assim...decepcionada. Rogo por elevar ao status anterior, estimo a retomada da arte e do show. Cumprimentos.
Kristen Campbell: The tango show was great! It was interesting to see the different stories being told and there were multiple types of dance and theater. I was annoyed because the website showed a price for USD but when I got to the theater I was charged $10 more per person, they were using a different exchange rate which was far off from the actual trading rate. I was pretty annoyed because I didn't want to spend that much and I thought it was a locked in price. It didn't mention on the website that the theater would use a different rate and charge in Argentine Dollars.

Bob Tomlins: I enjoyed the show enormously. Four pairs of dancers danced beautifully with high energy and physicality. Two different bands and soloists performed to the same high standard. The small stage and audience was intimate and cosy. Costumes and set, very 1940’s. Great night. Very efficient transport to and from our hotel. Recommend highly.

Emily Butler: This is one of our absolute best and most special travel memories ever! We were lucky enough to end up with a private tour on the very first day of our trip and the experience is something we still talk people's ears off about today! A deeply personal, genuine, and all-around epic experience that you need to book right this minute. Frank inspired and educated us in so many ways and sharing a flawless meal after touring and connecting to the neighborhood he loves (and you will love!) so much over delicious wine and better conversation in his movie set-worthy courtyard is an experience we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I promise you'll be talking everyone's ears off about it afterward, too!

Fernando has an excellent grasp of Argentine history and I was able to add considerably to my knowledge of this topic due to Fernando. I also taught him a little of Australian history so we both benefited from the experience. Highly recommend this trip.

Benjamin Perry: Asado Adventure is a MUST when spending any time in Buenos Aires! We were lucky enough to book a reservation on one of our first days which meant we not only got an incredible and authentic Argentine asado, but a great intro to and tour of an amazing neighborhood we returned to again and again! Frank and Co. are wildly hospitable and his adventures are catered to your interests. The tour is peppered with gems like local shopping for asado ingredients, assisting with food prep customized to skill level (!), witnessing an asador (grillmaster) work his magic on a traditional Argentine grill, a phenomenal and intimate meal, and many tastes of local treats (no spoilers!). Filled with special touches, the tour is completely documented by Frank and capped with a beautiful collection of photos, recipes, information and memories in digital format.Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. 10/10. ::chef's kiss:: Would highly recommend!!!

Frank graciously opened up his beautiful home for a truly authentic Asado experience.There were so many unique aspects and nuances to this tour which made it absolutely unforgettable. From starting the fire and making the chimichurri sauce to scouring the streets of Palermo for the best in meats, cheeses and wine, the authentic nature of this tour truly showed through. I would be remiss however if I didn’t commend and applaud the efforts of the grill master himself, Max. He truly went above and beyond in his preparation of each course and has an undeniable talent for all things Asado.Regardless of your choice these are simply not tours that you do “if you have the time or if the schedule permits” rather they are tours that you “plan your vacation/holiday around” and that’s the truth.Reserve in advance and I think you’ll find yourself looking to book another tour soon after like I did with the Craft Beer Adventure. Frank and Delfina provided us with an enjoyable Sunday tour where we learned new historical facts, enjoyed the company of friends, and ate some of the best medialunas and choripan we've experienced (the steak, provoleta, wine and ice cream was pretty good too!). Daiana Andion: I made this tour in September and It was fabulous. Frank is an amazing host and the Asado adventure was really fun and enjoyable! We got to learn a lot about the Argentine culture and had a great time with travellers of other parts of the world. The food was delicious. I definitely recommend it!!
Ladini Jayaratne: We did the walking food tour and really enjoyed the experience. We were in Buenos Aires between Christmas and New Year and assembling plans mid-flight. Frank was back in the US for the holiday but was incredibly communicative and helpful in figuring out how to make a trip work. He kept us posted and was very patient with us as we waffled back and forth on other scheduling conflicts and paying in person and online. Then Augstin was a wonderful tour guide. He was patient as we asked ENDLESS questions about everything. Because we did the tour on New Years eve, some of the restaurants were closed but he improvised and we still had a great experience. All of the restaurants selected were excellent and you truly gain a better understanding of Argentine food and culture. Highly recommend!
Chelsea Zitnay: The Craft Beer Adventure is a must-do tour if you're looking to experience great, local craft beer at some authentic, eclectic locals-only places. We hit the ground running, choosing to go on our tour pretty much immediately after we landed in Buenos Aires and we were so glad we did! Our tour guide Frank, was very accommodating to our needs and was an absolute pleasure to spend an evening with checking out the Colegiales neighborhood going over all manner of things - food, beer, art, Buenos Aires, history, travel. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy and fun to talk to. Frank even sent us recommendations and pictures he took during our tour after! Everything about the tour was wonderful - the beers, the food, the breweries we visited - and after going on 4 different beer tours throughout Buenos Aires throughout our time there, I can easily say this one was our favorite (and probably the best!).

Angela San Telmo Loft: I lived in Buenos Aires for seven years and I have had a lot of different chimichurris. Frank's recipe is hands down the best. My husband and I took his virtual class and learned a number of great cooking tips. We have since made Frank's recipe twice and in two different ways (he includes three ways that depend somewhat on the amount of time you have before you plan to eat it). Even the quick version was delicious and I have a jar of Frank's chimichurri sitting on my kitchen counter right now, just soaking up flavor for the next time we grill. Excellent class. Highly recommended!
Jenn Sommermann: We booked the food tour in an effort to learn about the history of the local cuisine, while getting a walking tour of the neighborhood. Our guide had a wonderful knowledge of the local street art and neighborhood and was very willing to answer questions. She lacked the food knowledge and was not very seasoned as a guide. That said, the 6 hour tour was a very good value and we would recommend it. Especially exciting was a digital photo album of 126 photos taken by the guide along the way. It was nice not to have to take our own photos so we could be present for our day. A nice bonus!

I really thought that I knew all there was to know about Argentine asados, but I was wrong and I’m glad my two friends visiting from the states dragged me along! I now have a complete understanding of the entire process from selecting the different cuts of meat, to properly making and starting the grill, how to make the two sauces that go along with it, and choosing the proper Malbec wine to accompany this great meal! Highly Recommend!!
