Fuimos con unos amigos que estaban de visita e hicimos el BA in a Day tour, visitando el norte y el sur de la ciudad en unas 7 horas. El guía supo contar muy bien las historias y conectarlas entre sí, y el recorrido es inmejorable. Las bicis andan de 10 y los chicos en el taller son muy buena onda, nos dieron tips para andar y después nos recomendaron lugares para ir por la noche. Al día siguiente mis amigos alquilaron 4 bicis por el día, que tampoco fallaron y no fueron para nada caras. Por la grata experiencia y el buen servicio de estos chicos, los recomiendo ampliamente.
Arrendamos las bicis con una amiga y fueron super amables con nosotras, además de que el precio es más que razonable, nos dieron mapas, explicaciones de cómo y por donde transitar por las ciclovías de Buenos Aires y hasta otros datos de interés de la pura buena onda, las bicis resistieron la lluvia de ese día sin problemas y quedamos felices por haber llegado hasta ahí!

CD Villan: My boyfriend and I booked the south side La Boca and city center tour starting in San Telmo. The day before, we recived a text message on WhatsApp from Fernando to confirm our booking and they encouraged us to ask any questions we had. I asked about weather and proper attire for cycling. They are able to communicate in English and Spanish.We were surprised to be the only two that day so we got spoiled to a private tour. Our guide was Diego and he was knowleagable, funny and a great conversationalist. He was able to adjust our tour to what we liked and made sure we had plently of time and were safe. I highly recommend booking a tour on Sunday because the streets are basically empty and it was lovely taking it all at our own pace.When our tour was over my boyfriend chatted away with Deigo about things to do for free or cheaply in the city. I enjoyed my travel conversation with Fernado who also had great recomendations. Both guys were very chill, helpful and overall great guys.We highly recommend this company for bike rentals and tours. You’ll feel welcomed and won’t be too overwhelmed with information but will actually enjoy your entire experience. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality.

Fernando was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful and the process of pickup and dropoff was easy. Bikes were well-maintained and in good condition (only complaint was that the available water bottle holders weren't the best--but it's a good idea to travel with your own). We were too jet-lagged for a tour of Buenos Aires but that sounded like a lot of fun and if I go back I'd like to try it. Highly recommend.

Lucila Álvarez: Con mis amigas hicimos el tour "Buenos Aires al sur", en este tour paseamos por San Telmo, La Boca, la Reserva Ecológica, Puerto Madero y Plaza de Mayo. Néstor fue super amable con nosotras y nos dió buena información sobre los lugares que íbamos transitando. Son alrededor de 13km pero se pasan rápido entre parada y parada. Las bicis están en buen estado y tienen la opción de alquilar bicis electricas. Disfrutamos mucho y visitamos en una sola tarde varios puntos icónicos de Buenos Aires. Nos quedamos con ganas de hacer otros tour que ofrecen. Lo super recomiendo!

Luiggi, todo muy transparente y claro, la única recomendación es revisar bien la bicicleta antes de llevarla, algunas tienen algunos problemas, pero en caso de tener problemas con la bici, Bicicleta Naranja responden inmediatamente y sin problemas.

La atención es muy buena y a diferencia de Ecobici no tienen un rango tan acotado por día, tantas horas por día pq q está pensado para el ciudadano local y no para turismo. Como sugerencia, estaría bueno con el debido tiempo de anticipación, poder alquilar excepcionalmente más temprano en la mañana.

Dominik Jungtäubl: We went there without any reservation and we had the luck, that a city tour was about to start (I still would recommend to make a reservation before).The guys in the shop were perfect: friendly, uncomplicated, good english, fast.The tour itself was the best way to get to know Buenos Aires: Frederico managed to provide us the perfect balance between sightseeing, enjoy the character of the city while cycling, history of BA and Argentina, current events/developments and general hints for the visit of BA (places where to go / where not to go). The bikes where in good shape and I have felt safe at any time while cycling through the city.I tried my best to tell them something they could improve, but nothing did come to my mind.

Teni Apelian: The absolute highlight of our Buenos Aires trip. We did the Heart of the City tour that included zipping around the city with plenty of breaks for sipping on matte together, getting into the colorful streets of La Boca, a little dip into the stadium gift shop for our soccer fans and bite. Raymond, our English speaking guide, was great fun to talk to and was both safety conscious and so personable. The best! The 5 hour tour is not exhausting but a good days fun.

Heather Bond: Couldn’t recommend this tour more!! While I love Lonely Planet sometimes it’s recommendations can be a bit outdated but they were spot on with this one. Covered so much in one day and got some great recs from our tour guides who were amazing (thanks Jackson and Ricky!!). And take the advice from the website and do it your first day or two bc it’s a great introduction to the city.

Daniel Biddlecom: We had a great time riding around Buenos Aires with Pato on their bamboo bikes! They were really neat! He took us around and showed us as much as he could in the time that we had. We were scheduled for a 7 hour tour (10am - 5pm). But the tour didn't start at 10am because of the signing of the paperwork and getting our bikes and what not. But we did have a small group (just Pato, me and my wife and one other person) so that was nice! We were all in good shape so we didn't have anyone lagging behind which was great too because I felt we were able to see as much as possible in the time that we had. One of the bikes did get a flat which took some time to fix which ate into our tour time but what can you do... things happen. My wife and I also had a hard return time (5pm) because we had to get back to our hotel and grab our luggage and head to the airport to catch our flight home which sucked because we were rushed trying to see as much as possible and we got back to the tour company late.We were upset because before we left on the tour we asked about getting a cab and having it here for us when we got back and they said it wouldn't be a problem and they could do that and when we got there (20 minutes late) they said that it was impossible to get a cab and we would have to walk 2 blocks to the main street and flag a cab down on our own! First off, you knew we had to be back at 5pm sharp (Pato's words) and we needed a cab waiting for us and you basically hung us out to dry by getting us back late and telling us to go walk two blocks and hail our own cab. We were rushed all the way to the airport and local traffic didn't help the situation, so be aware of that. If you take this tour don't make any time sensitive plans after the tour. This tour was booked for us by a tour group so we didn't think it would be a problem to take the tour and make our flight without being rushed because surely, the tour company does this all the time and they know it's not a problem right???? Ha, yeah right. But I digress...I would recommend this tour company for the pure fact that the guide was friendly and they try to show you as much of Buenos Aires as they can in the time that you have. They even shared an Argentine favorite drink, mate, with us during the tour! Good tour, friendly guides, just make sure to clear your calendar for the tour because it could go over the allotted time because there is so much to see in Buenos Aires and they want to share it all with you... which is awesome!

They’re great guides to the city, its history and maté tea, the amazing pastime social drink. They were caring and inclusive of all the riders.. this is worth a try, especially the bamboo framed bikes, there’s also traditional bikes as well. He was very friendly and gave great explanations about the history of the town and its sights during our stops, in English or Spanish. Pablo, uno dei ragazzi che organizza questi tour e che parla molto bene inglese, conosce tantissime informazioni e curiosità sulla città ed è stato molto disponibile (mi ha dato anche una mano a cercareun taxi a fine tour).Durante il tour c'è stato il tempo per foto e spiegazioni. Nel quartiere la boca c'è stata la possibilità di visitare il caminito con calma e in autonomia a piedi.E, per completare il tour, pranzo con un panino tipico e a seguire il mate e dei biscotti tipici locali.Che dire..io sono rimasta soddisfatta!
Dave M: I was fortunate enough to book the 7hr Ultimate City Tour with Biking BA and it didn’t disappoint in the least bit!Although truth be told it really should be renamed to “Pedaling with Pablo” or something like that because he was the man! While speaking near perfect English, Pablo effortlessly guided us through the streets of BA showing us basically every major point of interest in the city. He has a great passion for riding, knows the history of Argentina intricately and just has a genuine dedication for putting on a great tour.And as if that wasn’t enough, he stayed after the tour, took us out for beers and then visited a hyper local/bespoke pizza joint that no tourist would have ever found on their own.I recommend doing this tour early on in your visit to BA so you can decide which neighborhood or area you would like to spend more time in. Andreas Berlin: Raymond was an excellent guide. After a warm welcome he informed us about the route and what we are going to see. He explained a lot, mentioned the background of the paintings, we could do a little painting by ourselves, introduced us in the mate-tea ceremony, e.g. We had a tasty lunch in a local bar and our bamboo bikes invited other road user at a red traffic light for a small talk.
Frank Babbitt: We had an amazing bike tour with our guide Pablo. Buenos Aires is a great city to ride in and our tour was the perfect way to see lots of sights which we could then go back to later on. Not only did we get the history and cultural info you would expect, but Pablo shared many special stories and lore with us that made our day very unique and interesting. Not to mention very cool Nico Masuelli bamboo bikes and a tasty lunch stop! I highly recommend Biking Buenos Aires and be sure to ask for Pablo!
