Plaza Parques Nacionales Argentinos: what do users think?

OKESSY KEV: A very good art work but the park is waterlogged during rainy

Daiana Martinez: Nice and clean. We went for the Chinese new year and even though there were a lot of people the place was clean and organized. In other instances the park is calm and a nice place to have a picnic or just sit and read.

Andréa Borges: Okay

claudia menghi: The Chinese New Year was celebrated here! Interesting...but so many people I could not see a thing..

Matias Santos: Lovely place! The park is beautiful and clean

Ayaaki Osawa: Small calisthenics area with proper equipment. Dip bars, pull up, incline sit up, and ladder bars for flag training.

Sebastian V: Clean place, nice view and interesting menu. Had a small parking lot, but it's something

Susan Lagier: Beautiful plants, lake and you can ride in a boat

Leandro Fernandez: A good place for a morning walk, running or using sports stations.

Nicolás Pírez: Beatiful park. Start and finish of the Buenos Aires half and full marathon are here.

Parque Centenario: what do users think?

Antoine Assaad: Great place to relax. Turtles, birds, ducks and decent pictures to take. Nice benches to sleep on and free clean washrooms.

Karina Kirk: You can cool off in the fountain. Great place to watch World Cup games. Vamos Argentina!!

Khileshwar Prasad Verma: Good place for children. park is well-equipped, protected. Generally it is clean. health center, clean toilet, small lake with water fountain. Theaters are very nice.

Sylvain Le François: Good to chill out but basic, not wonderful.

Voitek Ogunsote: This is a really cool Park it's extremely busy during the weekend but nevertheless I had a nice walk and it was fun to see the way people spent there Saturday. I'm not sure if this is all weekend but around the fence the park there is an open market with all sorts of bits and pieces which could be interesting if you like that sort of thing. The water feature was quite nice to look at and the vegetation is well taken care of so overall plus plus plus

Lucian Ramnarase: A beautiful park with una feria on the weekends and many locals chilling in the park. In the feria you can find many handcrafted goods. Also the park was lively with drums, dogs, and children playing soccer. There are many places to relax and take mate.

Claudio Salvetti: Nice park, the lake, fountains and statues are a good addition, lots of fair booths... Still, Lago de Regatas and Bosques de Palermo are a much nicer destination.

azImage de Zanetta Zanetta: One of the best park in the city. Clean, protected, a lot of activities... Including the Natural Science Museum, the Space observatory, and a ood Anfiteatro, without programs this year... The park is a hangout for athletes of many disciplines: martial arts, ultimate frisbee, runners, etc

David Morgan: The park is a lovely refuge in the middle of a very busy city. The government are completing a makeover / upgrade of the park at present. It’s still a great place to stroll, sit, relax and refresh. There is a pond in the middle filled wit enormous carp and turtles while geese and ducks float across the surface. Street vendors offer a variety of snacks and drinks. Worth a couple of hours to wander through.

Nicolás Pírez: Beatiful park. Near an excellent museum (The Natural History Museum). Great to jog in the middle of the city. Too bad its sidewalks are in such bad shape.

Parque de los Niños: what do users think?

Albert Canil: It is a green jewel on the easternmost fringe of the city. During weekdays it is ever so calm and peaceful, with open views of the riverfront. It is quite remarkable when you think that right behind you more than eight million people are busy with their daily routines, whilst you are "in the middle of nowhere", just the wind and flocks of birds for company.

mart etche: Great place near the river to go with your kids or friends. People go bycicling, skating, running, ...There are playgrounds for the children, facilities to play basquetball, volleyball, ping pong. No cars allowed during weekends.

Verónica Sandrone: Walk & Cleaning

Christina Winkler: It's a nice place if you want yo walk with your dogs without leash. There is enough space do they can run and play and even take a little swim without disturbing anyone.

Camila Mariotti: Great. A lot of attractions that are especially made to enjoy on a hot summer day. You can get there easily by train or even bus. The only thing I didn't like as much was the amount of people there were. I am not a fan of crowds, but if you don't mind them, it's a great picnic spot, and there are always interesting events going on next to the river.

Manish Saraswat: Really nice place to spend the day with your family. You can sit besides the sea and enjoy the sun and air. You could play table tennis, volleyball, basketball etc. The place is super clean and maintained well. There are toilets also. I also found a coffee shoppñ in between but there aren't many. So, make sure to bring some food along.

Gregorio Ignacio Sanz: One of the few places you can be near (and enjoy) the Rio de la Plata river.

Marie Rodio: Great place for families, kids and friends to hang out on the weekends. Plenty of entertainment for children, restrooms and water. If going on a Sunday parking can be tricky, but it isn't very accessible without a car.

Barbara Vitullo: Great place for a picnic or for your kids to ride their bikes or even go rollerskating. There's a kind of water park during the summer but it can get crowded so it's best to get there early.

Laura Grosskopf: beautiful view, beautiful walking place if it's sunny. If it's rainy or windy there are no shelters, so not recommended. There are bathrooms and wifi and children games

Parque Rivadavia: what do users think?

Fernando: It's an okay-ish place to hang around, it's a little bit too crowded all the time, some parts are closed because they're under construction and even though nothing happened it has the "be careful or you could be stabbed/mugged" vibe that's common around Buenos Aires, but, you know, it's fine

Alexander Hernández: Historical place to visit with good options to eat, they have from breakfast until dinner, going through meals, brunches. Service is good and waiters are educated. Give it a try!

Ariel Giraudo: Nice public park, there’re different activities to do almost every day. It’s also a great place to just chill and enjoy the day

Elias Martin: It is nice. Not the best park in the city but has a lot of paths as well as a lot of people doing different activities. I take my child there everyday after work and it's too busy. If you want to have some peace, I strongly recommend you to go early in the morning Monday to Sunday. Avoid going after a rainy day cause it would be closed.

Eduardo Subelza: Very outdoorsy type of park! Lots of people with majority doing social distancing which was great. Very green with a friendly feeling. The food market there were also great, finding things that you don't fins anywhere! Overall it was a really good time that we had!

Pierre Larancuent: It's the best park in all of Buenos Aires for kids. Why? It's big enough to allow for different spaces, yet small enough for the kids to be concentrated so they can play together. Much cleaner than almost ask other parks, lots of free activities, clowns and children's theater. A well maintained playground, and a big supermarket right across the street when it's time to buy juice or a snack. A parental dream spot!

Francis Sanchez: Beautiful park with ancient trees, full of locals enjoying their barrio. Best place to enjoy a good book, bought in the local book fair in the park grounds, functioning since the 1950´s

María Martínez: It was a brief visit on a Friday, November 2021. There is a permanent fair of second-hand books and records in one side. There was a market of gourmet products, cosmetics, crafts and produce that day. There are an equipped playground for kids and a place to keep dogs. The neighborhood has commerce, cafes and restaurants. I would say it's a great place to spend a day. A pity I couldn't stay longer.

Pablo: Very popular park in the heart of Caballito, you can bring your children here, have a nap under the trees, take tai chi classes, run, and enjoy gastronomy ferias. You can get your blood pressure tested for free. The green space is nice and huge.

Florencia Gamba: Nice park! For sitting an afternoon or an evening. Great for a walk! Specially crowded during weekends.

Parque Lezama: what do users think?

chiangmaicharlies: A nice, welcoming park in the city. Quite a large park between the San Telmo area and the Boca Juniors stadium. A welcoming green space with many impressive statues and monuments. We passed through during a weekend when there was a large, sprawling market taking place. Recommended if you're in that area - and a welcome rest from street walking.

Hussein Duvigneau: Park with a few statues and other decorations. Good to rest legs after visiting the history museum next door, otherwise maybe not so special compared to other parks in the city. Dog-friendliness: Lots of dogs everywhere.

J Bee: A lovely park you can just chill or take a picnic. Pleasant way to spend a hot afternoon.

Diego Cuenca: Historians believe the park's eastern barranca to have been the site of Spanish ConquistadorPedro de Mendoza's landing on what became the first, failed attempt to establish Buenos Aires in 1536. Well to the south of the colonial hamlet, the land was first purchased by Manuel Gallego y Valcárcel around 1790. The lot was later purchased by a succession of English Argentines, the last of whom, Charles Ridgley Horne, improved and expanded the property, raising a baroque mansion on the land's western edge, Defensa Street. Allied to the repressive paramount Governor of Buenos Aires, Juan Manuel de Rosas, Ridgley Horne was forced into exile after the strongman's 1852 overthrow, however, and the land was sold to José Gregorio Lezama, who added adjoining lots to the north and gave the green space its current dimensions.

Syed Tassaduq Hussain Bukhari: Lezama Park is a beautiful public park in the San Telmo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina, surrounded by old residential area of middle class people. It is one of the most important historical parks close to the central city. The land on which Park is situated belonged to Jose Gregorio Lezama, after passing through many colonial and local hands. Lezama developed the land into a beautiful green space adjoining to his residential palace. He died in 1894. His widow sold 20 acre land from her estate to the City Council for a nominal price on the condition that the land would be developed into a Park bearing her husband’s name. Their residence was converted into National Historical Museum in 1897. Subsequently Municipal Parks Director, Carlos Thays remodeled the garden into a beautiful Park with facilities for children and local community such as Sunday Enjoyment Corner, Recreation and Amusement Stadium, Fun Fair Market, etc. It is a peaceful place for enjoying natural atmosphere.

Vasiliy Komendant: Not quite safe at night but very charming during the day. Dog friendly.

Mike Markin: Great sunny Sunday thing to do, especially if the San Telmo fair is too crowded and need some space to chill. Some good deals at the feria, but the historical old park and one of its benches is a favorite escape spot.

Antoine Assaad: Large park and nice church nearby. They sell clothing and food mostly on sundays.

Gerrit Liskow: Used to go there a lot on the weekend. Loved the atmosphere. Good for a nice little stroll. Very scenic, beautiful trees. Got a market on Sundays selling all sorts of things, though mainly clothes and trinkets. Definitely a daytime attraction.

Petit Poix: Amazing large green space. If you like to walk you can walk here from San Telmo, take a break at the park and continue on to La Boca. The whole walk took me a leisurely 40 minutes. If you're a power walker you might do it in 25.

Hayden Jones: Pretty nice larger city park. Several shaded areas with trees. Fanced in and many people play with their dogs loose in areas of the park. Children's play area that is maintained yet older. There is a carousel but it has never appeared to be working. There is an area with chess and checkers tables that is sometimes used by an older crowd. You need to bring your own pieces.

Alan Christian Walter: Good and nice park to relax of your problems!

S&L: very nice park, lots of greenery, beautiful trees, cute parrots.

José Luis Fernández-Blanco: Nice park, close to Chacarita Cemetery.

Gaston Picard: Friendly fenced park. It closes at night and does not open if strong winds are expected as there are big trees that could lose some branches. The lawn is well kept and there are children play areas as well as health fitness machines. There is also a small health support facility (blood pressure control and other similar activities) in the corner of Corrientes and Dorrego.

Alejandro Orsini: Nice Park, quiet in the morning, very busy in the afternoon/evening. Particularly beautiful in November / December when Jacarandas bloom staining everywhere in purple.

Jack Jensen: Nice park for families to hang out at

Czlog: Nice place with games for kids, perfect for a walk

Hector Gonzalez: Good place for a walk alone or with your dog, many areas where people practice outdoor exercise, includes a dog enclosure.

Nelson Gaitan: Familiar.

Federico Capuzzello: Nice, but it needs cleaning. The river looks very dirty. A pity....

Monica Belluscio: With 'Parque Aguila' I'm referring to the beautiful park by the river Rio de la Plata in the city of Acassuso and not to the yacht club.

Juli Guerrero: It's ok

程其泉: good food.

Frey Gabriel: Ok

Victor Gonzalez: RELAX...TOTAL....

Antonio Nazareno Pérez: Good place to hang out, alone, as a couple or with family or friends. The water is best in the evening when it is kept lukewarm. Only there is no fast food stall, so it is better to bring what you are going to eat.

Melina Mariana López: I love this place ♡ A lot of peace, spiritual people, tranquility. I love going with friends to spend the afternoon/night and see the moonrise.

Mariel Furtado: Nice place to train and share mates in front of the river.

Edu matusalen: It's a nice place. Pudinls get off the boat. And we sail well under the river. In that place

Na Spa: Great neighborhood park for individuals, families, and dogs. Several soccer fields nearby. Great to stroll, sit on a shady bench and people watch. Lots of fun watching dogs play off leash. All well behaved and return to their owner on command. Great place to be in the morning or early evening to relax and take it all in.

Andrey Nasonov: This park is of the best park in Buenos Aires from personal experiences, theres almost everything in this park, a place to play tennis, ride rollers play football and also to enjoy the nature.

Jean Carlo: In my opinion one of the best parks in the city. It's big and many people go there for tons of activities. You see people working out, kids playing, dogs playing, people having birthday parties, people playing sports, people just chilling sitting on the floor reading a book or hanging out with friends. The park has 3 playgrounds for kids and one big dog park, a roller skating rink, four ping pong tables, a volleyball and football court, it also has park rangers that make sure the park is clean and safe all the time. There are six football fields that are for rent and also for kids to learn to play. On one side of the park there's a recycling point where one can bring all sorts of recycling materials to discard them in a safe and sustainable manner. The only flaw it has is that the grass is often dry and so they have to close out parts of the park so they can't be used while the grass grows back. Nonetheless, it is definitely a great place to hang out with friends and family and have a good time without spending too much money (or even none at all).

Guido Gaona: If you are planning to go shopping at Alto Palermo go visit Las Heras Park, three blocks away from the mall. It's a beautiful park to sit and relax on a spring evening, with a book in your hands and a good "mate"!

Noam Yoeli: Such an amazing small piece of heaven in the big city😍

Alfredo Carrascal: Huge park, well taken care of and with lots of beautiful people.

Mischa Szpirt: Very nice park. Lots of shaded areas to lie down. Dogs and chatting parrots all around.

Rodolfo Cameli: Family/friendly park, with playground, gym and lots of green for you to lay down and have a nice time

Coach Hani: Very large park, people practicing and exercising a lot. I like it

Eduardo Boris Sandler: The National Prison was in this place till exactly 58 years ago. From my window I could see the prisoners play soccer, the guards walking over the huge walls of it's perimeter. The demolition of this prison changed dramatically all it's surrounding. The perimeter are the remains of the prison's wall (see photo).

Nitzan Avny: Loved it. We took a bike for four and road around, fed the goose and enjoyed the view. Great place to run. There is an option for paddle boats

David Dyte: Gorgeous Park with many sections and lots of variety in plants and animals. Big big favorite with everyone in Buenos Aires.

Beech Pleese: Absolutely stunning place! It's so beatulful it looks unreal. You can't miss the Rosedal! It's almost too beautiful. We had such a great time there I cannot recommend enough.

kağan aygn: İt's really nice park not so big but calm. You can rent little boat for lake. Nice for couple and families

Gregor J. Rothfuss: Very nice park, although a bit loud due to all the traffic. They'd do well to separate that more and make it more tranquil.

Angel R. Aranda G.: One of the best places to be in Buenos Aires, the perfect tourist spot for everyone. Bathrooms, water, shadows, green places, it's just one big piece of heaven on Earth.

Petr Vasicek: Really nice park with thematic parts, couple of nice lakes, very relaxing.

Phyllis Harvey: Nice looking from the outside. Unfortunately the park was closed when we visited. Only the boathouse was opened for rentals. If you want to visit on a Monday, double check if the park is open.
