Nespresso Alto Palermo: what do users think?
Andrew Flanagan
Andrew Flanagan: We arrived here in the early evening and the place was very busy to the point it was crowded. We took a ticket and waited between 40-50 minutes to be served. We just came in to buy 2 sleeves of coffee pods not realising how popular of a place it would be on a Sunday evening. No wonder they are open until 10pm. During our wait I was able to sample a coffee which certainly helped our standing around.
Christine Dwerryhouse
Christine Dwerryhouse: Customer service is excellent. The salesperson took his time to explain what kinds of coffe they have in store and also offered me to try some of the varieties. I never felt they were in a rush to attend other customers behind me.
Stacey Gibby
Stacey Gibby: Great attention to customers, fully stocked and a coffee to taste!
Matthew Kennedy
Matthew Kennedy: The worst Nespresso store I’ve visited anywhere. It feels like a crowded post office. People queue to take a number then they queue for a coffee so that they have something to do while they queue for service. But nobody can relax to drink a cup of coffee here while staff shout customers’ numbers because the queue display monitor doesn’t work and people walk out. You can’t avoid waiting by ordering on the website because you still have to queue just to pick up your order. And they won’t sell you anything unless you give them your data even after all that waiting. Fortunately the machines are on sale for the same price at Frávega one block away on Santa Fe. Genuine capsules are much less expensive overseas.
Bart Leijnen
Bart Leijnen: Nespresso is one of the best coffee-brands on this planet, and I drink it everyday. But this review is particularly about this shop. The service is EXTREMELY slow while the density of Nespresso-shops is rather low in Buenos Aires. As a result this shop has HUGE lines of people and Nespresso does not even take the courtesy of manning all the registers. When it is my turn, I get treated very well though.
Erick Lange
Erick Lange: Watch out, this place discriminates against foreigners. They have a promotion of $700 worth of coffee if you purchase a machine, but they don’t offer the promotion to people who don’t have an Arg ID.
juana boga
juana boga: What else?
Jenny Vera
Jenny Vera: Perfect place. You can have a free taste of any of the coffee they have while waiting :)
Mariamne Martinez
Mariamne Martinez: Worst nespresso attention in the city, they should rotate personnel. Will buy at another shop.

Cesar “Fox” Morales
Cesar “Fox” Morales: Excellent customer service. Good variety of flavors despite the small size of the place, which by the way is open. island type. You can taste coffee and it has an acceptable variety of accessories. Although they are very expensive. Which is logical considering if high quality of design.
Mónica Fernández
Mónica Fernández: I went on holiday Friday, there were only 2 vendors with the usual kind attention, but the 20-minute wait seems too long to me... the absence of the 3rd sales position was noticed!

DepiLife Valencia: El mejor café en cápsulas, lejos...El lugar y la atención increíbles. La visita al local es realmente imperdible. 5 estrellas. Best coffee capsules out there by far. The store and the customer service are among the best. Stopping by the store to get a taste of the different coffee flavors is a can´t miss experience. 5 stars.

Patricia Cornachioni
Patricia Cornachioni: I accompanied a friend in a tasting and I was able to enjoy a pleasant, welcoming place, with excellent attention where they explained everything about the manufacture of the capsules. Highly recommended for those who own Nespresso coffee machines due to the enormous variety of flavors they sell.
Leandro Hernan Buchter
Leandro Hernan Buchter: Amazing place, staff and variety of coffees. We went to a tasting and I had like 10 coffees. The staff wonderful how well the staff took care of us. 🤙🤙🤙👌👌 Spectacular. I want to work with you lol 😄☝️
Dolores Liendo
Dolores Liendo: I met Kapselmeker doing the tasting. What can I say, it was a one way trip. The quality of its processes and raw materials is evident in every sip of coffee. I am in love with Flavor Vanilla French. For those who like coffee without flavoring they have two lines, a blend and some farms! In addition to making capsuñas for lavaza or illi, they are incredible. I invite you to do the tasting, the professionalism and treatment of the team adds up and generates a close relationship with the brand. The truth is that we are proud that in Argentina we have such a competitive product!
Susana Rearte Perez
Susana Rearte Perez: I bought a pack with 60 capsules for an afternoon of tasting with friends. It was a success. Summary: of the 6 varieties we chose the first three: 1* Rafaela; 2* Lore and 3* Guadeloupe. EVERYONE liked it but… you had to choose! We keep consuming them, there are few left for what my next order is going
Fernanda Blanco
Fernanda Blanco: The capsules are very good. This time I tried the hazelnut and cocoa ones and I loved them. I will come back to buy other varieties. Very nice place too, you can see the manufacturing process. Participate in a tasting, highly recommended! Inés explains everything in detail, answering our questions. Very nice experience!

Elgardupre
Elgardupre: Good service and amazing product for really lower price than others
Adrián
Adrián: Nice coffee
Marcelo Julian
Marcelo Julian: Personally... I drank coffee again... when they released the Colombian certification... The attention of the locals is very good. Especially a great person named Miriam...
Tarás Danylyszyn
Tarás Danylyszyn: Excellent attention, the boy knew how to help me in what I was looking for and was VERY clear about the characteristics of each of the variety of his products (which is no small thing). The prices are very good, better than in supermarkets or barista shops. You have the option to pay by debit card, credit and market payment. The opening hours could be a little more extended, but that does not detract from any merit and disqualifies. They give the possibility of buying grains and grinding the coffee at the moment according to the grinding request. They have much more variety of products apart from coffees, they offer teas, liqueurs, chocolates, coffee machines (mocca or French press). Spices, sweets (such as jams). I recommend it.
César Rojas
César Rojas: A fantastic place for coffee lovers. Good variety of coffee beans and ground. Correct prices. Very kind attention. Open on Saturdays until noon. Take five minutes and visit it. You will not regret.
Nicolás Constantin
Nicolás Constantin: When you want to try coffees that are not traditionally found in hypermarkets, here you will find a more than interesting variety. The prices are usually cheaper than in the Chinese or the big supermarkets. One of the most popular is the grain ristretto. I recommend the origin coffees (Costa Rica, Ethiopia and El Salvador). They will also find filters and utensils to prepare coffee. Everything they need.
Javier Mercuri
Javier Mercuri: Excellent store, with quite a variety of products. They have some imported products. Highly recommended to go, very good attention and very friendly.

Makedonski Vegan
Makedonski Vegan: First off i wish I could give this place 6 stars. we had their house blend pour over coffee, hands down the best coffee I’ve had in Argentina and one of the best I’ve had on the 4 different continents I’ve been. I bought a few bags to bring back to Macedonia. Then there was the vegan banana bread which is super delicious as well as the vegan apple muffin. We also had the vegan alfajor which is good and the delicious avocado toast. With a really cool style, good music and great baristas this place made our day. Exactly what we were looking for and even better. We went twice while in Buenos Aires and we’ll for sure be back again! This is on my top list of coffee shops. Definitely one of our favorites. Be sure to visit this place. Can’t wait to return and try the cold brew!!

John Dalrymple
John Dalrymple: Really nice staff and great coffee. Their coffee is similar to Melbourne Australia coffee with beautiful latte & cappuccino art. Definitely recommend!
jack
jack: Try the shakerato for a rare coffee option. I like places like this that go beyond the basic menu at most cafes. Cookies are also delicious.
Doraemon
Doraemon: Love the high ceiling and the loft style. I didn’t get a chance to try their coffee, but brought some Colombian and Costa Rican coffee beans back to NYC. The beans from Colombia is good for milk-base espresso drink. It’s very meditating to make myself a nice cappuccino during self-quarantine. My daily ritual:) It would be perfect if there a Lab chocolate chip cookie to go with.
Sarah charles (Thewhereto)
Sarah charles (Thewhereto): Trendy little coffee store with a range of coffee styles and you can get your preferred milk style. No chemex on the day we visited. I personally found the coffee quite strong. Food and cake on sale too. Staff are efficient and nice.
Patrick Hennessey
Patrick Hennessey: Excellent coffee, and attention to detail is superb. WiFi strength is excellent. Quite enough to work for the day and enough the atmosphere, but not quite enough to take phone calls. The staff is friendly and they also accept Visa, which is not always common in BA for purchases as small as coffee. Great location and I will be coming back frequently!
Makedonski Vegan
Makedonski Vegan: Great pour over filtered coffee, tasty espresso, and a nice chia bread snack served by friendly staff. A must visit while in Buenos Aires if you like good coffee!
Adrian Neculita
Adrian Neculita: Urban look. Speciality coffee. Small cereal for price. tasty. Really nice coffee cocktail. Not to miss in town. Urban and cool. Very chill athmosphere
vita ariztegui
vita ariztegui: Coffee is the star of the house. However ice tea is also on the menu. In fact iceberg was inside my tea so I was able to have a succinct beverage at an impressive price of 4.00 dollars! The cinnamon pastry was pretty sugary and topped with whipped cream. Room was cozy and clean. Wheelchair access. Cards welcome. One of the few coffee stores on the block.

Response: Hello, I could not find the sale with this name to check what happened. We do not send products of inferior value because with two clicks people return it and it is over. It always harms us. Surely it was a mistake. Unfortunately, if it is far away, ML does not give another option other than the return. We are sorry that it did not turn out as you expected.
