Dee !: Good gritty dive bar with big video screens in 2 rooms playing post-punk new wave 80s and 90s alternative. Great place to drink and dance and smoke a pack of cigarettes via secondhand smokers. When you finally crawl up the stairs to the outside world at 7am you’ll smell like the Marlboro man, your legs will be sore from dancing, but you’ll be able to sleep late cuz it’s now Sunday morning. If you love Depeche Mode and tequila you’ll love this place as much as I do. LGBT friendly and it doesn’t open until around 1am even if it says they open at 23:30.

Adriel Sánchez Gonzalez (NavitasVitalis9): RocknRola

Ayen Vera: So good

Jonatan Mossotto: Under dance club

Veronica Veronica: I liked micho. Two tracks with different music. People of various ages. Dressed as they want... The best thing is that no one judges, no one bothers you and you have a lot of fun. Cheap drinks and you can throw smoke.

Andres Rossi: People of all ages, dressed as they want, nobody judges, very cool... The music of the 80s 90s and 00s excellent...

Zoe Canestra: Genuinely one of the best clubbing experiences I’ve ever had. Be prepared for it to be boiling hot and very smokey downstairs, and maybe bring some earplugs for the sound (we’re talking Funktion 1 level sound), but one of the best techno sets I’ve ever seen. We went for an event with multiple popular DJs, it was $15 to buy tickets online, no line outside, security were chill, all went very smoothly. The crowd was what made it even better - no one was out of control drunk / high, everyone minded their own business and we’re very courteous if they bumped into you. I felt very safe and definitely didn’t feel like I had eyes on me. Another suggestion - everyone was wearing black, so my orange dress was a bit of a stand out so if you dress in black you’ll fit right in with the locals. All in all, one of my top 5 nightlife experiences EVER, thank you Cocoliche!!!

Martin R: This place is quality of sound, good dance music and vibes !! In 3 best experience I have ever been :)

Hatta “Bill” W: Definitely the best club in Buenos Aires! Go down the stairs and get to know the true underground space! The place has great parties and with quality sound. Do not miss this place! Collaborate to keep the underground scene alive in the world! Gracias COCOLICHE! ¡Ustedes son muy buenos!

Juan Cruz Bonetto: Best club ever, nothing more to explain. You just have to try the experience.

Wasu Wasol: I worked the last 3 years from its reopening to its last closure as a technician and former resident DJ... The owners never knew how to give such a historic place the love it deserved, perhaps in a few years our old-school-Coco will resurface...

Elías David: I miss feeling those Kicks very strong in the chest glued to the Coco cabin .. <3

Nicolas Caskito: Coco as always offering an alternative that has no comparison. Good techno and good people.

Mauro Campana: A pity that they close the best techno place in all of Argentina

jennifer chen: Great little tango club for locals. There’s a performance late night maybe after 1 with professional dancers. You can get lessons 400 pesos/person earlier in the evening. We got almost a private lesson. You can get some food at the club, limited choices. People arrive around midnight but earlier couples and friends may be dancing on the center stage. The main dance room can hold maybe 80 people along the tables surrounding the stage. Small and intimate. LOVE the atmosphere and raw decor as well as the dance instructor/guitarist/possibly half owner of the club.

Maricel K: I loved the live music here, and could give 5 stars for that. The place is otherwise quite shabby, and it was very cold ( I would have give 1 star for this). Probably the place is nicer in the spring. In July we had to have our jackets on. The food was not good. So if you are hungry eat before you get here. According to the website there are tango lessons at 23, but this is wrong information.

Vasilis Karts: Fantastic place to see tango show but also take tango classes. The vibe in there is great and the professor (Casandra) was super friendly and nice. Totally worth it

Alejandro Garcia Lemos: Great place for vegetarians and tango dancers! Don’t miss it! I know it looks a bit rough but it’s really not! It’s authentic and unpretentious and I love it! I think they offer tango classes almost every day as well as tango shows and Folklore! It’s really wonderful!

Pedro Tersetti Freidinger: Definitely one of the best places to enjoy the tango, cool people and not end up feeling like just another tourist.

Samantha Swedenberg: Went on a Friday night for the 10:30pm Tango class then stayed after for the band / dance floor. The “class” (more like an informal open workshop) was in a side room, out of the main club floor, and was surprisingly informative; was pretty basic and totally in Spanish, but my husband and I got the gist and after an hour and a half at least weren’t stepping on each other’s feet anymore. There was about a dozen people of all ages, both solos and couples. The class ended around 11:45pm and we grabbed a table in the main ‘club’ room (the large warehouse space), which was mostly gringos still that early on. The bar wasn’t anything special- only a few warm beers on offer. But the venue itself and the live band was great- good rotation of musicians, and a few tango performances thrown in (I’m sure to entertain us early-bird tourists). By the time we left around 1:30am the locals were just starting to trickle in, so I can’t give a true report on the Tango-watching experience. Overall, considering our entry was approx $6 AUD it was well worth the money for the experience.

Fergal Keaney: Arrived early when no one was around the and it looked like an abandoned warehouse out of a horror movie. But when it filled up at night it turned into a cool Bohemian venue. Great place to learn and dance tango all night. Some great performances also.
