This class with Shirly was definitely a trip highlight for me and my boyfriend! Shirly is so sweet and so easy to talk to. We had a great time not only learning from her — we made two types of empanadas and dulce de leche pancakes — but also chatting with her about Argentinian culture. We also shared a bottle of wine and a cheese plate while we waited for the dough to set in the fridge. And had mate with alfajores when we first walked in! Perfection.
